Former Cleints Share About Their Experience

I was not sure what to expect in a counseling session. Brian broke down those barriers and helped me to see that we all need someone to help us know ourselves better.

Taking care of my mental health and well-being was just as important as my physical health. So glad that I found The JOURNEY Counseling Services.

Brian was my LPC supervisor approximately 10 years ago. I was a therapist at Bradford during this time and most employees who worked there chose to obtain supervision in house, however I wanted diversity and that's what Brian gave me. He has vast knowledge of grief, trauma, family relationships and counseling theories in general which I wanted to strengthen my repertoire. I found him to be readily available, easy to work with and able to address my concerns. Additionally he did an excellent job in helping me keep track of my hours and expedite the process for completion of my LPC. It was a wonderful learning experience and I highly recommend him as a supervisor. I have since obtained my LPC-S and he assisted me with that process as well.

If I can assist in any way please let me know.

After the loss of my son, I was in a very dark place and found hope, healing and joy again through talking with Brian. He walked with me on grief's journey and helped me realize that my son would never be forgotten and that the best way I could honor his memory was to embace life. My son would be proud of who I have become. Counseling made all the difference.
